Fernando is specialised in commercial and corporate law, contracting, M&A and due diligence.

Fernando worked during many years in multinational companies providing him with wide experience in high complex national and international transactions in more than 25 countries as well as in commercial, corporate, civil and procedural law.

Additionally, he's Member of the Board of several companies, including a listed corporation.

Fernando has a law degree from the San Pablo CEU University and is member of the Bar Association of Madrid. He is a lecturer at The Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE) in Madrid.

Fernando has been listed in the prestigious Legal 500 EMEA 2016 (GC Powerlist) as one of the best In House General Counsels in Spain.
