Paloma is specialised in corporate and commercial law, contracting, M&A and due diligence.
Paloma advices about commercial and corporate legal aspects to national and international companies as well as to Spanish subsidiaries companies of multinational corporations.
Additionally, she's Secretary of several companies.
Paloma has a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid, a master's degree in Company Legal Advice from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) of Madrid, has attended a general legal course at the Legal Practice School of Madrid and is member of the Bar Association of Madrid.
Paloma speaks Spanish and English.
