An identification and analysis of the strategic sectors that are being actively promoted by the government's emirati agenda has been carried out in the context of its vision of economic diversification, which aims to reduce the dependence on hydrocarbons.

In addition, the main specific programmes, incentives and regulatory frameworks that have been designed to facilitate the establishment and development of enterprises, particularly in the industrial sector, are examined.

This note,prepared by the RLD office team in Dubai, within the framework of the Asia Pacific work area of the CLUB DE EXPORTADES E INVERSORES ("EXPORT AND INVERSTERS CLUB"), is designed to be an information and practical tool.
